2. Engagement of Services

A professional engagement with Andaman Legal begins only when both parties have agreed in writing to the scope of work and applicable fees, and when any required initial payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline any proposed engagement at our professional discretion, including where a conflict of interest exists or where the matter falls outside our area of practice.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are agreed at the commencement of each engagement. Fees quoted on our website represent starting prices and are subject to confirmation following an initial assessment of your circumstances.

Payment terms, including any initial deposit or phased payment schedule, will be set out in the engagement agreement specific to your matter. Fees paid for completed stages of work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are not responsible for any fees or charges levied by the Thai immigration authorities or the Ministry of Interior, which remain the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

In order for us to carry out our work effectively, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation as requested.
• Promptly inform us of any change in circumstances that may affect the matter.
• Respond to requests for information or documents within the timeframes agreed.
• Not misrepresent any facts to us, to immigration authorities, or to any government body.

We cannot be responsible for delays, adverse outcomes, or additional costs that result from incomplete information, inaccurate documentation, or a client's failure to respond in a timely manner.

5. No Outcome Warranty

Immigration and visa decisions rest with the relevant Thai government authorities. While we apply professional care to every engagement, we cannot commit to any particular outcome. The approval or refusal of any visa, residence permit, or citizenship application is at the sole discretion of the relevant authority, and we make no representation to the contrary.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Information provided to us in the course of an engagement will not be disclosed to any third party except where required to carry out the agreed work, where you have given your consent, or where we are legally required to do so.
